Consideration
Participation may be paid or unpaid, including free games or services, and constitutes sufficient consideration.
Grant of Rights
Participant grants a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use image, likeness, voice, and performance for promotional and commercial purposes for a term of three (3) years from first public use.
Ownership
All materials are owned by Artzulie Art & Entertainment Inc. Usage rights expire after three (3) years unless renewed.
Family-Friendly Standard
No violence, no sexual content, no nudity, no drugs, no alcohol, no profanity, no political or religious statement or affiliation.
Expiration & Renewal
Rights expire after three (3) years. Renewal requires a new written agreement at fair market value.
